All Spyderco augmented reality (AR) found at ar.spyderco.com is provided through the “data controller” Zappar Limited, a private limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in Scotland (company number SC394617). RETURN / REFUND POLICY (RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY):
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) to be processed. Please contact the Spyderco Factory Outlet (SFO) at 800/828-1925 x 4 (or 303/279-8383 x 4) to obtain your RA. All returns must be received in original condition. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20%, and freight charges both ways. YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. Refunds are provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We may require that you supply us with the full credit card number in order to process your refund.
