This Para Military® 2 was exclusively manufactured for GP Knives (gpknives.com). 

The first defining feature of this remarkable knife is its blade, which is crafted from Crucible® CPM® Rex® 76®—a super-high-speed particle metallurgy tool steel enriched with large volumes of carbon, vanadium, tungsten, and cobalt. Its high cobalt content increases its attainable hardness, while its vanadium carbides provide high wear resistance, fine grain size, and increased toughness. The full-flat-ground blade of this knife takes full advantage of these properties to deliver exceptional cutting performance and edge retention. It is further enhanced by a handsome black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating.

Equally unique, the knife's gray G-10 handle scales are painstakingly machined to create a distinctive "Brick Texture™" pattern. This intricate herringbone pattern significantly enhances the handle's grip texture and gives it dramatic visual style. All the knife's other features are faithfully consistent with the Para Military 2 platform, including its nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners, high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism, lightweight open-backed construction, and fully configurable four-position pocket clip. To complement the blade's DLC coating, the handle's clip, liners, and other hardware also feature black coatings.
