This unique knife was produced for and available exclusively through DLT Trading (www.dlttrading.com) and their sales channels. 

As the very first Exclusive version of the Kapara, this elite knife showcases two defining features. First, rather than the standard blade steel for this model, its full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade is precision machined from Crucible® Industries' CPM® 20CV. CPM 20CV is an advanced powder metallurgy stainless steel that contains a high volume of vanadium carbides and the highest amount of chromium of any vanadium-rich stainless steel currently available. This sophisticated alloy mix gives it a remarkable combination of high wear resistance, superior corrosion resistance, good impact toughness, and excellent polishability. These properties are further enhanced by Crucible's state-of-the-art powder metallurgy process, which ensures a very fine grain size and uniform distribution of the alloys throughout the steel. 

The other distinctive aspect of this Kapara Exclusive is its handle, which features dark gray G-10 scales. The 3D-machined scales are beautifully contoured to provide a secure, comfortable grip. They also contrast the knife's red G-10 backspacer, which is a signature element of the Alistair Phillips "Redback" custom knife on which the Kapara is based. All other features of this knife are consistent with the standard model, including full skeletonized stainless steel liners, Spyderco's patented Compression Lock® mechanism, and a reversible, deep-pocket wire pocket clip.
