This limited-edition Exclusive version of the Spyderco Para® 3 Lightweight was specially manufactured for Blade HQ (BladeHQ.com) and is available only through their sales channels.

The first defining feature of this knife is its blade, which is crafted from CPM® M4, a special purpose high speed tool steel produced by the particle metallurgy process. CPM M4's sophisticated alloy composition, high vanadium content, and extremely fine grain structure give it exceptional wear resistance and toughness—properties that translate to outstanding edge retention and impact resistance in knife blades. The full-flat-ground, PlainEdge™ blade of this knife is further distinguished by a non-reflective Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating.

Equally unique, in Blade HQ’s signature style, this knife's lightweight handle is injection molded from mint-colored fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN). All other features are consistent with the established Para 3 Lightweight platform, including its streamlined Compression Lock® mechanism and reversible deep-pocket wire clip. To complement the blade’s DLC coating, the lock bar, clip, and handle hardware also have matching black coatings.
