The first defining feature of this knife is its blade, which is crafted from CPM® 20CV—a state-of-the-art powder metallurgy stainless steel that contains a high volume of vanadium carbides and the highest amount of chromium of any vanadium-rich stainless steel currently available. This potent alloy mix gives it a remarkable combination of high wear resistance, superior corrosion resistance, good impact toughness, and excellent polishability.

Equally unique, the handle of this Para 3 features vibrant neon green G-10 scales with a peel-ply texture for a secure, non-slip grip. Skeletonized stainless steel liners nested within those scales provide the framework of the knife's patented Compression Lock® mechanism, which offers extreme strength and safe, convenient, one-handed operation. They also anchor the knife’s four-position pocket clip, which offers a full spectrum of carry options.
