I discovered the Wayne Goddard today!

#1

Post by rybu0305 »

I try to follow Spyderco releases and have been collecting for a couple years now. I am familiar with some of the cool designs from the past, but one I had not seen is the Wayne Goddard. Wow, I love the lines of the full size FFG Goddard. I want one. I'll be checking eBay for a deal on this beauty.

In the meantime, Spyderco, if you get bored with all the other awesome stuff your doing a mid-year release of the Wayne Goddard would be really cool. :)

I carried a FRN Goddard for a couple of years... gave it to a young man going into the Army...

I have a few of the large micarta Goddards - they are amazing knives and cut like demons...

The Wayne Goddard Jr sprint in white Micarta was the first Spyderco I ever bought. Goddards hold a special place in my heart. :)

I think at one point, I liked knives without a crazy hump on the back. Now I go for performance over looks.

I had one of those olive green sprints, I don't know if I still have it or not.

It is one of my favorite Spyderco FRN platforms. I would love to see it return in H1.

Now that is an excellent idea. I would buy one in H1 for sure. How does a Goddard Jr. Salt sound? :)

I would like to see a sprint run in ZDP or Hap40. The 2013 goddard sprint just got so much right it's a shame not to bring it back...

This one is off to the engravers after the birth of my second son. It'll be his when he is old enough, which means I need a new sprint run for myself!! :)

This is one of my favorite knives, lightweight Goddard in OD green. I also would like to see this come out as a sprint in Superblue or Hap40.
