Storage Solutions
now that my collection is obv. growing, Im finding it difficult to find a good storage solution for them. Right now I have them in pigeon-hole style box that I found at a local store, but its a crappy solution and I was looking for something a little more elegant, something that made more sense and was felt-lined or allowed me to organize them by family (military family, manix family, native family, etc).
I cant be the only one so any help would be much appreciated. Thnx in advance!

Re: Storage Solutions
Maybe a couple spyderco storage cases? Can hang them In a closet or wherever
Re: Storage Solutions
My friend uses a Harbor Freight wooden tool chest, like the one in the link below.
I just hang the models with opening holes on hooks in my cabinet.

Re: Storage Solutions
The Apache cases from HF are great, and really affordable.

Edit: Clearly I missed the "elegant" part...

Re: Storage Solutions
It’s not as elegant as the wooden tool chest, but Lowes has these plastic organizers by Stack-on with adjustable compartment sizes. They also stack and latch together, so you can just keep adding more of them as your collection grows and they stack neatly.
Looking on their site, I can’t find them now, but if they’re not there, there will be something just like them.

Re: Storage Solutions
I use a few of these (or ones that are really close)
https://www.academy.com/p/plano%C2%AE-s ... tackle-box
You can rearrange the little dividers for different size knives. In the bottom compartment I use cardboard pieces to make double rows. I think I have almost 30 knives in each one of these

Re: Storage Solutions
Thank you all for the great suggestions!!
Re: Storage Solutions
I post this every time it comes up, but I really think they are **** near perfect for the use. Hard to beat the price and you can fit 12-15 per unit. Stackable, comes with drawer liners, easy to throw in the safe...

Was going to say, there's already a good 50 threads on this topic...gotta do some searching sometimes.

Super elegant setup here checking in
I even recently upgraded my prized sterilites by lining the bottom with an old dish towel.

Re: Storage Solutions
sock drawer is the way to go.
Only problem.. I can't fit my socks in there anymore. Any ideas for a nice sock storage solution?

Re: Storage Solutions
All of mine are just lying openly on a windowsill (resp .some of them on some tables, in the kitchen)... so actually no "storage system".
But I am down to "just" 14 at the moment, this helps.
