I call selling over MSRP price gouging and that is not trashing retailers, why would I bother to do that when those willing to overpay are going to do so? Not to mention not giving them my money is the most effective way to submit my vote.salimoneus wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 1:41 pm
Don't think we really need all the drama and trashing of retailers, they do what they want it's their business. And to their credit isn't their price actually lower than what Spyderco themselves sold it for? So I guess you're also calling Spyderco penny wise and pound foolish?

My message is clear and without drama, just in case it is not I will elaborate. If you overcharge on Sprint runs do not expect any good will or the desire to support your business in the future and I will in fact take my business elsewhere in order not to promote price gouging.
I suspect others will as well.
Making penny's on sprints has cost them Pounds or Dollars of my future business and yes I do buy allot.
As far as I know Spyderco does not govern how retailers do their selling and I was unaware of Spyderco themselves selling these knives direct but I can't imagine Spyderco going over their own MSRP.
