Hi, MST or MDT?
I’ll try, but if you limit it to one per head it would be easier :bug-red-white

Pretty sure it's MST given that daylight savings doesn't start for another month.

I wonder how visible the laminate line will be on these? I'm down for at least 1, still haven't made handles for the last few releases, yet.

SpydieWiki incorrectly states MT32P as S45VN whereas it really was MT31P.

Also, it sounds like MT32P, MT33P and MT34P all have a quantity of around 500 like MT28P, MT29P and MT30P.

Google “Current Mountain Time”.

A limit of one per household makes a lot more sense with just 500 made. That will give more people a chance to get one otherwise it’s open season for flippers.

Sales will be limited to two per household. *This Mule was planned prior to our efforts to increase quantities.

Very true. I strongly support this.

But really how many of these are flipped? Maybe 40-50 total, so ~10% maybe. I always buy two because I buy one for someone else. I know others who do it also. Locking them down to one each may not be as beneficial to shutting down flippers as assumed.

Nah, first come first serve is king.

I'd like to buy two, one to sacrifice and surface grind down and test the hardness of the core steel on.

I live in France and pay $45 in shipping. I need to buy two to make it worth my while and either equip a friend or gift to a relative in order to get feedback from them in real world use (kitchen, wood, shop, ...).
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

To be fair, it's still "first come first serve." It's just that the first 500 people will get one rather than the first ~250 ;)
I think the one-knife limit was done out of consideration to mule-team fans rather than to thwart flippers. By limiting to 1 per household, they also effectively double their chances of receiving user feedback. (This may be flawed logic as twice the availability may not directly correlate with number of reviews). Still, I doubt anyone paying secondary-market prices would be willing to run their mule through a torture test. After learning they had ordered these forever ago without requesting enough material to make more mules (as with the last few runs), I figured I didn't have a chance to get one. That being said, 2 x (a very small probability) is still a very small probability. Good luck to everyone trying to get one!

I'm still trying to figure out how I could possibly prefer srs13 over hap40. Maybe if they can run clad srs13 harder than clad hap40? Alternatively, perhaps the stainless core prevents edge dulling from corrosion when cutting acidic foods. Guess I'll have to try for one, test it out, and report back.

Same for me, I live in Spain, but limit of one must give double of options. I’ve loosed three of the last four

Hey, everyone:
Following discussions here, we've changed the limit to ONE per household. If the sales are slow (we do not anticipate that scenario), we will consider lifting the limit.

Thanks much for your passion and feedback!

Ooh, and yes, it's MST. Sorry, I didn't catch it in my tips and tricks. ;)

I disagree, I like options. having two is good for testing, I'll sit this one out. More for others.

Too bad for me, if you lift up the restriction I won't be able to pay $45 shipping twice and customs twice...
