Yeah it showed in stock when I clicked the email literally right when I received it but was sold out after hitting add to cart. Maybe they’re trickling them out.

I remember in 2015 how difficult it was for me to find a PM2 in stock. I wasn't yet savvy to all the smaller blade dealers on the web with less traffic, but I scoured the big boy sites and ebay and amazon for months before being able to even grab a S30V PM2. The S110V took a long while to be consistently in stock as well (looks like these are hard to find again currently).
Just a data point on the ups and downs of production of a very popular knife; 5 years before the pandemic it was an issue.
Perhaps they'll build a third Golden factory haha wishful thinking indeed.

Got a call from a CSR rep yesterday that is was shipping and two follow up emails with tracking.
Mine is set to arrive Saturday.
Top notch customer service and no they dint charge me tax. Their website defaults to a WV address and once I entered my info, no tax or shipping

Pretty much the same. It's definitely roomier at the lock tab. It doesn't feel blockier or anything.

Wow! Definitely love the new comp lock tab. Guys working with gloves will also benefit from this "upgrade".

I noticed in the trifold description it says skeletonized full liners.

Are the nested liners on a normal pm2 skeletonized? I’m thinking no. Maybe this makes the weight match?

Nice, roomier lock tab and larger comp lock area. :) Too bad (or too good for my wallet) my interest in PM2s are waning nowadays. Might pick this one up in the future though, just for the redesigned comp lock and steel liners alone...

Hah, I've been carrying my S110V PM2 a lot lately in hopes of convincing myself that I "don't really need" this crucarta version.. All it's done is remind me how much I actually enjoy carrying a PM2 and made me think about how awesome one would be with Cruwear and Micarta.. d@mn! that plan backfired!

I'm probably the minority here but I like the full liners. They allow me to tweak the shape of the handle easier. I might buy this one just for modding purposes.
