I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
There's the Para 3, and there's the Native 5. Both have the exact same blade lenghts. And then there's the Lil' Native. What's missing?
I love the blade shape of the Native. Don't own a Lil' Native yet but some other leave shaped spydies, and I'm sure a Lil' N will follow.
And I now own one of all sizes of the Milli series. Their straight-spined blades look a little more aggressive, which I dig. The Military is King, and the PM2 is his Queen. The Para 3 is as great as the PM2, but my Para 3 with these destinctive CF scales and combo edge is... positively special! :) An instant love affair.
I hope there's more to come in the Millie lineup. I think there's room for a smaller version. Call it Tiny Millie (TM), or Lil' Mil, or whatever you like. As long as we get one. :)
Would YOU buy one?

My idea of a tiny military would be a liner lock para 2. I feel like I am the only person that would buy one though lol.

I think that's already the Dragonfly.

DF has leaf shaped blade & backlock. That's rather a shrunk N5.

lol no. the para 2 is a downsized millie, and the para 3 is a downsized para 2. I don't need a miniminiminimillie, nooe.
Re: I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
I wouldn't buy one. For me, the Para 3 is already pushing the smallish limit on a great knife design. At what point do you just turn the Military into a key chain knife?
Do right always. It will give you satisfaction in life.

Re: I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
I'd have to see one to decide if it could out compete a D'fly. The P3 LW has been winning against the Delica for my pocket time and I never would have thought that was possible. Looking at the P3 cockpit, I think it could be chopped to fit a small blade and still make a 3 finger grip work. Blade stock would have to be slimmed down though to make sense.
I will say, the lil native comp lock is just a tad too fidgety for me, feels almost too small to use the comp lock comfortably for me.

So many knives, so few pockets... :)

In my opinion, it could be a cool addition to the lineup but at some point things start to get redundant.
I’d rather see their time and resources devoted to other projects opposed to another chopped model in the “Military lineup.”

The Lil' Native is a shrunk N5.

Not really. I have a variety of Calys and a DF to scratch that itch. A miniature Military with a liner lock would be interesting though.

Have to agree, the D'fly is a definitely not a shrunk Native. Not even close.

Re: I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
Of course a knife smaller than the Para 3 could never have the same capabilities as the Millie, or even the PM2. I'd just love to see a straight-spined blade and comp lock spydie (the main or core genes of the PM2 & Para 3) the size of a Lil' Native.
Another idea: since now there's a Stretch in the pipeline with a straight-spined blade (mixing the genes of two iconic designs), could there be a Lil' Native with a PM2/Para3 blade?

Re: I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
I’ve seen no need for the Para3 (do love my Millies and PM2s), so, no, not an even smaller version. But, then, I saw no need for a Lil’ Native and now it’s one of my favorite Spydies. Probably a lesson here.

I like the other way better. Is be up for an XL Mili. 4.5-5 inch blade in a 5.5-5.75 inch handle

Re: I wonder if you guys would be interested in a Lil' Para3
I agree that the Lil Native comp lock is so similar that it seems redundant for a Lil Para 3.
I'm all in for a Lil Caribbean though. We're definitely missing a mid size choil-less comp lock knife. Cutting 1/2 inch off the blade to make it a little over 3" would be perfect.
