What did you use your Spyderco for last?
Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
There's a door at work with no handle, that locks you out if it shuts behind you. Propped it open with my Tasman Salt.

Trimming rug pad (recycled carpet fibers from what I can tell), about 30ft worth of cuts.. Was much harder on the blade than I expected.
Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
I was in the liquor store today and they were getting slammed.
The display of wine i wanted was empty but had several cases underneath it but all the staff was busy so no one was there to cut open the new case.
So i took out the Tasman salt and cut the new case open and took a bunch of bottles.

I used both my M390 Para 3 and my S110V Native 5 LW to break down three LARGE boxes my daughter's new bed/fort/slide came in last night.

Just remember knives and trampolines don't mix lol.
Used my endura to cut onions for pasta sauce. The hollow grind blade doesn't cut as good as the full flat for this sort of thing. It was like splitting logs lol. Maybe I need a second or third one, in ffg?

Used my Native 5 Maxamet to cut up a bunch of strawberries for lunch.
^^This morning, I used my wife's 4" Spyderco kitchen knife to cut up a bunch of onions for breakfast. (Fried shredded potatoes & onions, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese wrapped in a tortilla). I bought the kitchen knife for her a few weeks ago and now it's by far her favorite and most-used kitchen knife.
Finally, my S110V Military gets a break from compulsory kitchen duty. :D
