Lamnia briefly had it listed as available and now has removed the model from their website completely... Strange.

This is one I'm really hoping to get in on.

I’ve seen pictures where guys have just had them delivered from Lamnia, so they probably sold all they had.vilePossum wrote: ↑Wed Sep 05, 2018 1:36 pmLamnia briefly had it listed as available and now has removed the model from their website completely... Strange.
Interestingly, the Rex Para 3 listing has reappeared for November delivery.

I was just looking through all the retailers I know of, and they were showing out of stock.
Or maybe it's the status hasn't changed since the preorders.

These were literally just released, so I’d expect the great majority of vendors may not have even received them, or if they have, they’re just now opening the cases from Spyderco. You should see them aplenty next week, the week after that - who knows?

I really wish that this was torx construction so I could maintain the superblue.. That being said, I have never had a problem with my 1095 slip-joints... Might have to pick one of these up since it may be the last superblue we see for a while..

I figure if I miss out on these, there's always the Chaparral LW for a thin, light, slicer.RadioactiveSpyder wrote: ↑Wed Sep 05, 2018 3:02 pmThese were literally just released, so I’d expect the great majority of vendors may not have even received them, or if they have, they’re just now opening the cases from Spyderco. Not gone. The one's currently found on ebay will be from collector's club members. Retailers have not received them, yet. But if you think they are gone, that is one less competitor for me :)

Interesting that they stuck with the phillips head screws. They did the same on the C54 Calypso sprint run a few years ago.

Re: Spyderco Calypso Jr. Sprint Run Knife Gray (Aogami Super Blue)
That's a really good-looking knife. I'm especially drawn to the sharpening choil--no time spent managing the nub right up against the ricasso. And the fish-scale texturing is nice. I really like the look of that clip; I'd welcome a similar, less curvy clip on lots of models.
I don't think I'm fastidious enough to carry a folder with so little chromium in the steel. But it's tempting to find out.

I was thinking this too. I'm not usually a fan of the sharpening choil but those little "nubs" have been bothersome lately. I reprofiled my VToku Delica last weekend and the nub on one side was larger than normal. I guess I need to start figuring out how to grind that off with the edge of the stone before I go to work on the rest of the edge.dj moonbat wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 2018 8:10 am...I'm especially drawn to the sharpening choil--no time spent managing the nub right up against the ricasso....
