I'm not sure I comprehend that one but, some of us own and some of us are waiting! It's good to be the king. When will the last 600 fall and will you be a part of it?

 WOW  ... Before seeing your "wow-wow" pictures, I really had no idea about Spyderco's SHARPNESS... How did you do that/those? Just pressed hard against key at 90 degree angle? Or you also added some "slicing"?

Good job!!

You've gotta be kidding me.

If you tell me the ZDP D4 did that, I'll shell out the $200 for one, but with no damage to the edge visible in the picture, I can't believe the D4 did that.

There would have some damage to the edge cutting through nails especially.

Too straight. I would place my bet on a band saw. The sketcher tag is probably aluminum. I would buy that the knife cut that, but the key? No way.

Does the collector number have the same etching that the spyder has in it? The spyder seems to be almost engraved in it on mine.

It looks like both have been engraved, but there is a difference between collector number and :spyder: : number has steel like color, and Spyder engraving has some shades of brown.

That reminds me of the old Centofante ads that showed the knife slicing through the ceramic plate.
