Ouch! Texas Guy, you had me going for a second...I was really wondering WTF?

Let's see: Glock, Sig Sauer, Tag Heuer, the M-14, Sapphire Gin, and a good 15lbs+ pressure knife hand strike to the collar bone followed by a ridge hand to the nads. :)

Really surprising to see so many Mossbergs mentioned...it always seems to get overshadowed by the Remington.

- Well, I would have to second on the Nikon F4s, which is of course totally outdated, but it makes my new Lumix FZ-30 feel very wimpy. I would also add the Kodak Caroussel projector. If it jams, you take of the magazine and it spits out the slide all the way to the ceiling.

- My Citizen Professional Diver 300M. You could quite literally drive nails with it.

- My Mogema R-1 with M55 frame (Inline Racing skates). Not that they are overly sturdy (though mine have been through more crashes than a crash test dummy and have been stitched up multiple times), but you just put them on and go, no hot spots and no worries. They have climed every hill and mastered every down hill so far.

- Timberland boots.

- Filson clothes.

- Inova flashlights.

Spydercos are obviously a given.

In my experience, the 870 and the 500 are both just as reliable as the other. You can just get a 500 a little cheaper and they have a bit looser action. It just comes down to personal preference, I like my 870.

What I like for reliability,
God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

as far as stuff & things go, (no particular order)
My Chevy truck
Spydies
Swamp Rat fixed blades
Photon keychain lights
Remington 870 Express
Oakley Sunglasses
Samsung cell phone
G-Shock watches
Omega carabiner keyring
Militec-1 - for lube
SLP 2000 or Corrosion X- for corrosion protection
Lucas gas additive
Cooper tires
Mach3 razors
Olympus digital cameras
Carhartt clothing
Romans 8:31 ....If God is for us, who can be against us? - <><

The Spyderco hole is a rotating mechanical assembly of one part.
