That's awesome Dan! Really like that one.
Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???
Love that Dan! I have a very similar one given to me by a good friend when we were 12.

Last two days... I've also got a Dragonfly in my jacket pocket and a Swiss Tool on my belt.
The Civivi is an inlay swap. I'll often see a Civivi or Sencut model I like but the scales or inlays I want come with coated blades or hardware. So now I have the versions I want plus a drawer full of customized blackouts.

freshly modded
I'll be impressed if anyone can figure out what I modded. It is visible, but very difficult to notice.

Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???
I almost always carry a Spyderco for personal-carry these days, but on days when I feel like changing it up, I often reach for the North Arm Knives Skaha II (in MagnaCut).
They were pretty low-profile until Nick Shabazz (back when he was the biggest knife YouTube channel) gave the original version of the Skaha an excellent review and "gem" status way back in the summer of 2017. North Arm's website was flooded with orders soon thereafter & anyone who wanted to get their hands on a Skaha had to go on a waitlist. I was on a waitlist for about a year before I was able to put in an order for one. It's only this year that they've been able to ramp up production enough that they can finally move away from the waitlist system.
What I really love about the Skaha II is it's a simple, effective design that is perfectly executed. And it is reasonably priced, even after all the post-Shabazz review hype. As Shabazz noted in his 2017 review, it has "high-end custom action for a 'low-end ZT' price". Granted, a "high-end custom action" isn't all that rare in 2024 now that the knife industry has caught up, but given quality, materials, acale of production, and country of origin, the Skaha II is still one of the best values out there.
North Arm Knives is a small father-and-son operation that is local to me here in British Columbia whose primary focus is kitchen knives & outdoor knives (specifically hunting, fillet, and bird & trout knives) and the Skaha II is the only folder that they currently make.
