Cleaned up an unraveling heaving line at work that we needed to use in short order. Taped tightly at the base of the unravel, then cut the line halfway across the tape whipping to make it immediately usable.

Serrated edge met it's match today. I carried my Salt 2 to the pool with my kids and a friend's kids. Just a normal Friday night. Everything was calm. Kids were laughing. Not long into our evening a very frustrating and terrible thing happened...

The pizza was delivered uncut. The cheese pizza for the youngest had not been cut. As the SE tried it's best to separate the pieces, the hot gooey cheese just laughed. And so did the kids as I dragged along their cheese around the box. I carefully tried to equally distribute it back to each piece appropriately, but it ultimately was not the same.

Good to know! I had a similar experience years ago with the Aqua Salt SE when I tried to dice raw bacon on a cutting board at a holiday cabin. The edge was factory sharp but the pointy SE tips refused to slice through. For some tasks PE simply works better.

Shortly after eating this I would walk my paddleboard out and explore some local mangroves with a UKPK Salt in my waistband.
Not long ago, the area in the background was about 2 feet underwater due to storm surge.

Missed a few hairs when I shaved. Took care of it with my folder when I noticed once I got to work.

Spent yesterday working on a 120 year old telescope and needed some shims. Since I was atop a mountain and my selection of brass shim stock was sixty miles away, I opened up my cooler and proceeded to quaff a 12 ounce Diet Coke. Adequately refreshed, I whipped out my Stretch 2 XL in CruWear and sliced the aluminum can into the proper shapes. The CruWear cut through the aluminum like... a sharp knife through thin aluminum. Several iterations of shims were required, but in the end, the 120 year old telescope runs better than a telescope half its age. Sorry you can't see my Spydie in the pic. It's sitting in the shadow. It's still usably sharp, but I really should touch it up a little.

A little fall pruning with my new yard workhorse - I don’t have many SE’s but this one is working out great!
