Re: Mid-sized Native?
Their catalog is not immune to redundancy. The most recent discontinued list is proof of that. This knife would require the use of resources and catalog space that I would rather see used for something less redundant. In my opinion, “Because I want it” hardly seems convincing enough to justify the ...

Re: 9/11 never forget, never forgive
It is not enough to just remember. After 22 years, there is an entire generation for whom the whole thing is just a page in a history book, no more real than the Pelopennesian War. Yes, it happened, but they weren't there to see it. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Our vigilance lapsed th...

Re: Mid-sized Native?
If you lined up the native chief, shaman, native 5, and Lil native sided by side, you'd see there is definitely room for one more. I don't know why some people are against the idea. It's not like you have to buy one if they make it. If there's enough of a demand, they may very well make one. If they...

Re: On second thought, why not try something different.
I have a bias against the Para 3 Never tried one, no interest. Just seems to me to be the shorter Paramilitary 2. That’s the only reason. I have a lot of 3ish Inch knives as is. But, I also had a bias against the Native 5 until I tried one, so; never say never. I thought the exact same thing until ...

Re: Lil' Native Backlock lock-up changed, extreme lockstick
Not sure about the lil native but the Native 5 is very easy to take apart and probably the best way to go for you. I am sure there are a ton of online videos to show you how. Like the above posts something is probably just stuck in there. The lil native g10 at least should be very easy to disassemb...

What's your preferred EDC blade style?
Before anyone here get their panties in a bunch... This is JUST FOR FUN! I'm just curious as to the prevailing opinion, nothing more. This poll isn't trying to accomplish anything else whatsoever. If it annoys you some reason, then move on to the next post

Re: Does anyone 3D print scales or accessories?
There's several been several threads about people 3D printing knife stuff. At least a couple threads on scales. A couple of the guys have even posted their scales on Thingiverse. Use the search function and you should be able to find the threads I'm referring to. 3D printed scales aren't really my ...

Re: let's settle this once and for all
I think I read somewhere that you wanted to try a Salt Series knife, so you could bet two birds stoned at once and try a SALT 2 or a Pacific Salt 2? The Delica, Endela, and Endura are worth learning to love! They’re great knives - no frills, utilitarian, GSD type of knives. Maybe you can learn to l...

Does anyone 3D print scales or accessories?
Just curious! I have two printers (Filament and resin) and was wondering if anyone had any luck printing scales or other accessories. I imagine there's the given weakness of PLA and other softer materials to consider but maybe I'm wrong. I was thinking as long as they have liners it may not be too b...

Re: let's settle this once and for all
I've carried & used every version since it came out - Delica Family. The Delica, for me, is a perfect blend of fit, function, and affordability. I love the Caly 3, but it's not as easy to replace. The Rhino has become one of my favorite Spyderco knives, but sadly discontinued. Among currently p...

Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???
There's this one very old model called "the squatter" that I've had in my wallet for about 3 years now. It's flimsy and wobbly, has absolutely NO edge, is on the verge of falling apart, and keeps destroying all the money in my wallet. It's definitely chinese even though it's claims to be m...

Re: Is there any possibility we'll get DLC Military 2's in 2023?
BBQ has DLC, SE, and combo edges all on preorder. I know others have said they're just placeholders and don't guarantee anything, but I found that hard to believe. I'd say go there now and place your preorder. It's only $5 and it's refundable. What have you got to lose?
