Is it normal for Spyderco to ignore you? I have filled in several of their contact form and had no reply.

Welcome to our forum. To answer your question, no. It's not at all normal for us to ignore our customers. I'm sorry you haven't received a reply. I would suggest checking your spam folder - unfortunately, it seems our replies sometimes end up there. Please private message me your details, what the issue was regarding, and if possible, please let me know which contact form you used on our site. I'll be happy to have the appropriate department get in touch with you. We'll make this right.

Not normal IME. Over the years I’ve contacted Spyderco probably 5 or 6 times and always had a satisfactory outcome, even when I maybe didn’t deserve it.

Best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. It’s a large reason why I stay with this company.
