Classiest Spyderco Knife?

#1

Post by Foehammer »

Thinking about getting a dressy gentleman’s knife for when I wear a suit/am off work. Something a little smaller and less intimidating than the pm2’s I always carry. What is the classiest Spyderco knife currently available, in your opinion? My first thought was a Chaparral, maybe the titanium one. Perhaps a Sage. A lil Native? Maybe a para3? I would love to hear your thoughts!

I've always thought the wood scale chaparral looked classy. I was considering getting one for when I want something fancy.

That’s a nice one! I feel like the dual scales would drive me crazy though lol.

If we are talking about currently available then I think it is tough to beat the Chaparral.

Beyond the previous mentioned.
Birdseye Maple and Raffir Noble

Also, perfect for hard use. 😉

I have a couple of chappies but I usually reach for my Kapara when I’m dressing up.

Kapara with it's CF is excellent for that too.

The Spyopera would be excellent as well. Especially the upcoming sprint, but the standard is fantastic to look at. I don't own one, but have certainly fondled one multiple times in a store.

That's one appealing knife right there, I've never heard of nor seen a photo until now.

Anyone know much about it?
