The warning link when I do not use a VPN says I am a spammer and it is in the AT&T domain. Cannot figure this one out.
"Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please, try again without VPN."

It sounds like your current IP address has tripped our anti-fraud/spam measures. If you'd like to send me your non-VPN IP address, I'd be happy to take a look. It would seem the IP address associated with your VPN is clean, though (it is usually the other way around). If you don't have a static IP address, you can try to restart your router (that will get you to a new IP address).
