Just heard about the St Nick's Knives about to release Native Chief in black CPM 4V blade with red G10. To me it looks like a Burgundy. Dropping January 14 at noon central time. Asking price 180$. Only 525 made. It's going to be really limited edition. I'll try to get one obviously. Good luck all.

I know. And with only about 525 made it's going to be like the magnacut mule. Not to mention the timing. I'm still recovering from the big spending around Christmas and New Year.

I don't know. The bladehq chief didn't sell out instantly. There are a few Chief loyalists, but it doesn't seem to be a super popular model overall. I'd be surprised if it sells out in the first 5 minutes.

I think I might drive over at some point and see if I can get on a list, don't have any 4V.

This will be a great knife!! Small drops create a lot of chaos though. Hopefully our members are able to snag one!

Well, me not trying for one will make it infinitesimally easier for you guys to grab one. I'm patiently waiting for the MC version. This is a great color combo, however.

Love my StNicks para3 and I've been wanting to try a Chief! That handle, I gotta try one!

I love the Chief but the DLC + Red G10 does not appeal to me in the slightest. It’s not have any 4v that’s tempting.

How to make a perfect design even more beautiful.

When Spyderco nails it, they nail it.

Though I am generally not into coated blades: This knife looks great!

Does not mean that I´ll even try to get one... (and if they´d ship to Europe is another thing anyway)

Red and black color combos have a striking appearance to them, however, they are nothing I'm interested in carrying in my pocket.

More curious to see how long before they are gone.
