The human is a trinity, composed of three parts: Body, Soul, and Spirit. We also see these trinity relationships across nature and the world:
Atom = Proton, Neutron, Electron.
Universe= Time, Space, Matter
Matter States = Solid, Liquid, Gas (note: Plasma is simply a high-energy energetically-dense gas, that can function with liquid properties)
Protons = three quarks
Earth = Core, Mantle, Crust
Family = Father, Mother, Child
Knife/Sword = Blade, Handle, Sheath (all guards and other fittings are part of the handle)
Axe/Hatchet = Head/Blade, Handle/Haft/Shaft, Pin or Bolster
Animal, Vegetable, Mineral
These trinities can go on to other areas.
Now, each of we humans is composed of three parts: Body Soul and Spirit.
Think of a football or other sports ball:
It has the Skin, the Inner Tube, and the Air.
The skin is our body, the inner tube is our soul, the air is our spirit.
When the body dies, the soul leaves the body. The soul is shaped like the body in a basic shape sense but has none of the hormones or biological things. However, the soul has its own versions of ears, eyes,fingers, toes, etc, and can speak and communicate and can experience senses and feelings. Perhaps in some advanced subatomic physics way that we do not know of yet.
There is so much more to this.
The soul has to be something massless because it cannot be detected by gross material instruments. The soul is the real you and me.
Body, Soul, Spirit.

The internal divinity is referred to in many sacred texts, While this isn’t the proper venue to discuss these subjects there is a lot of light to be discovered by the traveling man.

Nay, ‘tis not a foot ball,
It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
(Apologies to the Bard)

Overheard at the end of the ice age, “We’ve been having such unnatural weather.”

There is a soul but it can't he measured. You are not of three beings. You are you, all of the good and the bad. Your humanity dictates just what you do with what you've been given. You gonna hate? You gonna love? You gonna live? You gonna die?
You are you, my friend. There are no excuses or exceptions. Be you.
They who dance are thought mad by those who do not hear the music.
