I'm looking for another work/EDC knife. I have several Reate's, PM2, Para 3 S110V, Techno, and just sold my Manix 2 M4...

I'm stuck between several different knives and steels:
• Gayle Bradley 2
•Manix 2
•PM2 - M390, Cruwear, 52100, Rex45
•Para 3 " " same as above
•BBS Domino CTS 204p
•Sage 2/ Sage 5
• ZT 0804CF , 0562CF, 0801TI

Talk me into something I won't regret or if you have any other suggestions aside from what I've been looking at

Welcome to the fourm! All of the knives you have listed would be excellent choices. That being said I have found the GB2 to be a great EDC knife. Do a little reaserch on Mr. Bradley and I think you will be impressed. :)

• Gayle Bradley 2 - Great value, maybe not the best "work knife" by my definition.
•Manix 2 - But you just sold one in M4???
•PM2 - M390, Cruwear, 52100, Rex45 - Rex45 is blowing my mind
•Sage 2/ Sage 5 - My two favorites, tough choice! Sage5 for work I guess.

Have you considered a Military? The Rex45 is dropping right now :D

The knives I use use most often at work are the Lil' Native, Para 3, and PM2... but I don't need them that often. Usually just for opening a few boxes, cutting through shrinkwrap, etc. If I was using them often for any extensive amount of time I'd probably opt for the PM2 or Manix mainly for the fact that they are both pretty ergonomic and good at slicing and I like being able to flick them open and closed one handed. It's totally up to you though, anything on that list will get the job done.

How about a Centofante 3 or 4? Most overlook it, but the 2mm thick blade given a thinner than factory edge will out-cut knives in more prestigious blade steels.

Manix 2, CPM 4V marble carbon, hollow grind.
There priced decent at $188

Maybe a Para 3 st nicks CPM 4V red g10.
A little pricier at $199-$240

Possibly larger knives? I think you favor smaller knives though. How about a manbug in ZDP-189?

Spyderco Military REX45 sprint they are still in stock.

These are more exotic knives I suppose lol

You settle down with these outlandish "work knife" options hahah. I would love all of them, but not for hard use...besides the Military.

Interested why OP got rid of the M4 Manix?? That's an excellent work knife. Not sure which other Manix model he would prefer. If he's not a fan of M4, then the GB2 is out of the question. Though that knife is tougher than it gets credit for, which I'm guessing is based on being a liner lock. It's an extremely stout knife with a classy look. I love mine.

Sage 5 is nice, but it's basically a Para 3 but more expensive with a more "basic" steel. They are quite similar in hand.

Based on the options he listed, and using it as a work knife, I'd debate between the GB2 and PM2 cruwear. Both at about the same price too.

I use a my PM2 Blurple S110V for work. Edge retention is amazing. I think he has one, It may be a Para 3 Blurple, if so I’d use that!

I think he’s already got some pretty good work knife options.
