Edge retention? How long is it sharp? And what is it?

What knife steel are you using? How long does it last before a touch up only? And how are you using it?
I use S110V, I can get about 1-3 days of extreme sharpness before I need to touch up the microbevel at 20DPS, and strop at 19DPS.
I do cut all day though usually, green straps, 100-200 cardboard boxes at times. And a lot of plastic wrap, and piles of cardboard, and opening packages.
I could go a little further basing this on working edge type sharpness.
