Hi everybody!
I just saw
Speed with Guy Martin - Season 2 Episode 2 - S02E02 on Youtube and at 19:39 this knife shows its face. I thought it looked kinda like a byrd-hole but I can't place the model.
What do you think?

I think it is an Imperial Schrade, first made in Ireland, later china. After Taylor bought the schrade name (USA Schrade of NY went under in '03 I believe), this pattern turned up in a few off brand chinese makes.

Another piece of absolute proof that this is not a Byrd is the sharpening Choil.
IRRC Sal tries to avoid them because things can get hung up in the sharpening choil instead of getting cut.
Seconding that the Comet hole is pointing in the wrong direction.
