Well Yesterday I decided to EDC one of my all time favorite Spyderco folders>> I'm speaking of the sacred, hallowed full SE C-60 Cruwear Ayoob. And with several taped up boxes placed in front of me I made super quick work of them with the full SE Cruwear Ayoob and many thanks to Spyder-Brother "Kleon" for making it possible.

The blade literally cut like a laser and was so effortless I truly thought I was cheating. No wonder the full SE out of that Sprint Run sold out first. We can't let that C-60 Ayoob die on the vine. It's just too good of an EDC to allow that.

Smashed the bumper on our new truck... and so got a new plate bumper shipped freight in an absolutely huge box with tons of packaging. The packaging didn't stand a chance with my Rex45 Manix2 LW on-hand, even though they sort of matched. Absolutely crushed the job!

Very underrated knife. One we don't see and hear much about here. One of my friends at work has one and he let me check it out and then offered to switch with me what I was carrying that day. Very comfortable in hand, I liked it a lot. But for whatever reason, never got around to getting one of my own.

Might it be the compression lock combined with the flipper tab? I still hit it sometimes but getting used to it quickly. Not the same but very similar are the Shaman, lil Native and Kapara. You need to pull your finger from the compression lock to let it fully close or it will bounce.

My fingers tend to move to the area where the frame lock or liner lock normally is. Something about muscle memory when deploying a flipper knife 😆

All in all this knife is pretty, pretty, prety....pretty good.

Too easy. Opening the latest Amazon/Walmart (I forget which) box.

I keep a Ladybug Hawkbill in my keychain and it can handle 90-95 percent of day-to-day cutting chores. And if it can't, it just calls out one of its big brothers. :rofl

there's a craft area at the science museum me and some neighbors took the kids to. All the scissors are 100% dull and won't cut the tape. I helped them out with cutting tape and trimming cardboard so they could make purses, boats, etc. Fun trip.

Helped out my little AI robot vacuum today and cleaned his roller. Hopefully he is grateful and will not take over my house with his other AI robot vacuum upstairs.

Got a new side gig as a personal gardener for one of our tree srvc. customers (like I need to work more 🤔)…anyway this guy has an stunning 5 acre paradise with waterfalls, terraces, different hardscapes, and way too many plants to name…it’s cool because I’m constantly using different Spyderco’s plus it’s a photo taking bonanza 😉…I slice through the roots on all four sides and carve and X on the bottom of every plant installed so my serrated salts are getting a workout…heck I even use a serrated shovel 🤣

Cut open a couple of empty bagworms for my kids to see while on a walk this morning (no pic), then prepped my kids’ lunch.
