A new batch of 628 pieces of the KW Exclusive which first came out in June 2013 (800 pieces then and another 400 in March 2014).

This one caught me by complete surprise, and I can't wait to get my 20cv pm2 some company... only thing that would be missing is the M390.
In a way... I am happy I passed on the very very tempting Ebay coupons (I am a mad man I know), but I was hoping the DLC M4 Military would be out now.... but Honestly, I wanted this cts 204p configuration for awhile.. and the only ones I've been seeing are on Ebay for about 200 bucks or more.
Not to mention I tried to snag a Riveredge Para 3 on release... we all know how that went (Still props on them for trying).

Man, a Native 5 salt before Christmas and now this to look forward to after the holiday going into the new year. All I can say is, YES! Although my wallet is trying to tell me no... fortunately for me I have excellent credit :cool:

This one says only 628 pieces. How many are usually made for exclusives? I know it varies by how many are ordered by the retailer, but I'm just wondering if this is about average, or is it far less than most. Anyone happen to know?

Might as well go by what color you like. But, 204p actually has marginally more tungsten than m390 and 20cv, so more times than not, it's probably the better performer.

Yea that's how I'm narrowing down the decision now. I already have the Para 3 M90, which I absolutely love. But, I've got the OD Green PM2 as well as another brand knife that's green. So, I think I'm going to hold out for the Red DLT PM2. No red scales in my collection yet.

I have also been taken by surprise, and only a few hours after I ordered the vtoku Dragonfly 2. I needed some more lube anyway, might as well throw one of these here PM2 sprints into the cart to save on shipping

Haha I keep telling myself that, yet they piling up! It’s to the point where I’ll have to purge some one of these days.

I’d be all over this one if I didn’t already have the red M390 & tan 20CV.

This brings back great memories! I got my original PM2 sprint while on vacation to the Oregon Coast. I had put in a request to KW that if they got more of the 204P PM2s that I would love to get one. Well lo and behold, they had called and left a voice mail that they had gotten another small shipment from the mothership and I could have one if I wanted. I made sure to call back quickly and got mine ordered. It was waiting for me when we got back from vacation.

Still one of my favorite PM2 models... And I think of that trip each time I grab it.

My lack of M390-type steel in the PM2 platform is the only reason I went all the way to the checkout. I will be trying to trade for a blue or red pm2 if I don’t like the color in person. I’m not normally a fan of forest green. If I keep it, it will see a lot of use since the color is dark. My CS Para 3 hasn’t left the house, and probably never will.

Thinking on the OD DLC exclusive, this 204p would look killer with DLC treatment and black hardware against the forest green. Combine that with a rivers edge cutlery Para 3 exclusive, and I couldn’t imagine a better looking pair of paras!

Actually, I'm likely to sell the tan 20CV version since I prefer green, and if the DLT M390 comes along, I'll pick that up. That red one is what I really should have bought when it was available and I had it in my cart. I rationalized myself into the dumb decision to not buy a couple of them. :rolleyes:
