Can you folks advise what the average asking price is for a NIB Citadel? Thanks in advance!

I think they were about $150 new when I bought mine.

I know it has been awhile since you wondered about the Citadel but I was just going to mention I saw one up for sale at Arizona Knives for $460 and it sold in two days. It has always been my most favorite automatic knife.

Having bought a black blade NIB one recently, plan on spending in the range of $300-$400
