Haven't read all of the pages, but for something like this isn't vg10 kind of a strange choice?

Darn Dao uses CPM-154 not VG-10.

Gotta love Spyderco Byte. Just read December and it hooked me on one of these. I have always loved my production Bob Lum Tanto. Don't carry or use it but I really like to take it out and look at it.

Also loved the Manix 2 Natural Exclusive! Scales are SEXY! Would buy one in CPMS110V as I need the corrosion resistance. I've had some CPM M4 but they corroded around the stuff I'm around.

Was also hoping for a metal guard. Kept me from ordering. Then I caved in............

I'd guess they are selling pretty well based on the fact that I paid $389.97 from KC on 1/2/2018 and today their price is $422.47.

Mine says #507 out of 1,200. It's an excellent knife.

Looks like I got #0031 of 1200 and pictures, videos, descriptions, and reviews just don't do this knife justice. Holding it makes me ashamed I waited so long. The swedge is so close to being zero ground. It wouldn't take much time to sharpen it. Very beautiful piece.

:) Beautiful knife.
Every time I pick it up, it always amazes me how so much steel can feel so light in the hand.
