Do they even make Atlantic/Saver Salts in PE any more? It is pretty nice looking though.

Nice wharnie mod Roger, hope we get to see twinboysdad's.

Since we're showing off wharnie Atlantics, here's the one Steve Rice did for me a while back...

AFAIK, the Saver never came in PE, and the PE Atlantic was disco'd a couple years ago.

I've seen some PE Atlantics come up for sale on different websites recently. Kind of strange since they've been discoed for so long. I wanted one really bad a while back but I'm over it now lol.

This is my favorite one, Krein gave it more of a point and full flat ground it.

Are those both your knives? Krein did them both? I might could go for that first one...the wharncliffe. Did you notice any difference in hardness/edge retention after the regrind?

The first one was done by Southard a few years back, the second by Krein. I sold the Southard, kept the Krein. I tend to prefer full flat grinds even though they aren't as aesthically pleasing :D I didn't really notice any difference in edge retention, but the Krein'd knife, being thinner behind the cutting edge, does a lot better at slicing.
