There were seven catalog numbers for the Para1. As Hawaiihunter and Steeldragon mentioned, there are a handful of factory serrated D2 sprints out there. Personally, I've never handled one, and I don't know their backstory. In any event, they don't have separate catalog number that I've seen. Here's the list:
C81GP - Black G-10 - PE - CPM-S30V
C81GS - Black G-10 - SE - CPM-S30V
C81GPBK - Black G-10 - PE - CPM-S30V black
C81GSBK - Black G-10 - SE - CPM-S30V black
C81GPFG - Foliage Green G-10 - PE - CPM-D2
C81GPCMOBK - Digital Camo G-10 - PE - CPM-S30V black
C81GPCMO - Digital Camo G-10 - PE - CPM-S30V

There was also at least one early CQI variation that didn't get renumered. The early Para 1s had smooth choils and wide jimping on the top of the blade similar to the Militaries of the time. Once the D2 sprints started coming out with finer jimping on the top and the choil, all the Paras switched to that. Probably the only ones with the earlier style jimping would be the early black / satin ones. My Millie and Para 1 are both the earlier style with wide jimping.

Dale - fully agree - the earlier jimping is affectionately referred to as "dino jimping". Not sure who coined that term, but it is a great name. To be honest, I really like the smooth choil on my Para 1 C81GP. Below is a pic of mine - although you can't see the jimping or choil too well in this photo...but note the differences between this and the Orange Para2 next to it...
Someone also told me that there were some early versions with the model name etched on the blade similar to the early Millie. I haven't seen one, though.

I found an old thread with a picture of a factory serrated Para1 D2 sprint knife. AFAIK, it never got a separate catalog number from its plain-edged brothers. However, it's good to know they are out there - even if they are rarer than hen's teeth.

A picture of my 2 Para 1's with both jimping styles.
They also had different choil jimping, or lack of in the early model.
