Probably something like 410 or 420 series. I'm not sure, purely speculation.

probably 420 or so'they are quite soft and bend easy..because of it being skeletonised. I would prefer the liners being solid,like the mini grips on BM..

420 is the most common steel for that type of application. The liner is there primarily for pivot holes, added stiffness and screw threads. The FRN is plenty strong enough for the handle.
