Depends on what each is worth to you.

The D2 Pmil's are going for about $150 right now. Ive seen a couple BG 42 Millies go from $250 - $275....and can go for even more than that

I think Spyderdog nailed it...probably around $100.00-$150.00
I prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.

250 for a bg-42 Millie sounds too high to me.I had one new in box for sale for under 200 a couple of months ago and didn't get one offer on it.I think people hype how much they are truly worth.Don't get me wrong it's a great knife , but personally I don't believe they are worth more than 200 .

few of them were sold on BF for $230-250 lately, about the same price on the bay

D2 is has been going for 170 on evilbay... 250 for the BG-42... so 80? But in the end it's what is the para worth to you and what is the BG worth to the seller? Offer 50 and see if he goes for it ;)

i dont know what happened why no one bid. i would have bought it nib for $200 in a second. maybe people blew there wad on titanium mili order/pre-order. the bg42 DOES go for atleast $250 (as high as low 3)----yes i said low 3! and i think that is totally fair. more than that is worth it if you really really want it. like i do... :) i was outbid recentley on ebay at the last minute. like spyderdog said the d2 para can go as high as $150 to $175 and if the mili bg42 goes for up to $250 a hundred would be a fair amount.
so give him your d2 para and a hundred in cash and enjoy your beautiful new bg42 military!!!

I bought my BG-42 Millie for 280 from SFO late last year. Last one they had. Let me just clarify so you can understand it from someone whos paid the price.....It was worth every penny. Id do it again for 300 if I had to, and the people bidding on E-Bay know that too, hence the 250-280 prices shes been fetching as of late. I bought my D2 para new from a vendor, who still has a few in stock for 115 bux shipped. Regardless of what the "general" opinion is on a product, if its worth a certain amount to you, and your convinced that you "need" it, you will not regret paying a premium price for that privilege. I cherish that knife.
