i got the civilian no longer in production, has a rubber inlay and is traditionally used by the police. Does anyone know the formal name of it?

It'a a...... Civilian! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

But if you want to get descriptive, you might call it an "old style Civilian with Aluminum scales and Kraton inlays"
