Joyce.....could you please check with waaranty for me.
I've left 3 messages and 2 emails but have not heard anything from Mike.
I sent a knife in to see if it could be repaired but received a letter back from Mike in December saying it wasn't economical to repair so I could buy another knife, or if I chose to do nothing, by 1/18/04, my knife would be automatically returned.
This is the option I went with as I want my knife back if he isn't able to repair it.
I haven't heard back from him or seen my knife yet and I'm starting to get a tad frustrated about it. The reference number is 34015. It was the Pro-Grip model.
