Wonderful SpydieChef Dimi ! Everytime I check Lamnia (so, everyday) I see the new customized Chefs and try very hard not to buy one. I have my personnal gripes with the framelock on this knife, only reason I managed no to buy another (other than that it's one of my greatest knives at home) !
By the way what is youre experience with the framelock of the chef? Kinda makes me curious there...
