When I look at ergonomics, I tend to like to take into consideration the type of knife it is, the size, it’s primary uses as a cutting tool that it is. My favorite edc sized folder with perfectly done ergonomics for its size and carry is the Caly jr., so technically that has my favorite ergonomics looking at it that way. But just best ergonomics in general I’m gonna assume is the fb05 for me…

Ergos are not just about the handle but also the blade angle. I find the Military to be perfect.

Haven’t held one yet personally but it looks like an ergonomic dream to me

Ergos & steel are what Spyderco does best, so the options are many, but the first few that come to mind are Caly 3, Native series & GB1.

Honorable mentions for Manix & Domino...

when choked-up, the Para 3 is like an extension of my hand, but I hear the Manix is very, very ergo too

I think the Massad Ayoob is a good example of this.

The compression lock tab is also larger and more accessible than on other models, which to me plays into ergonomics as well. As a lefty, this is the only comp lock I can comfortably disengage with thick gloves on, for example.
I noticed this with my Crucarta PM2. Huge improvement.

Great comparison shot, too!
Yes, I like the lock tab on the Crucarta PM2 better than my other PM2's. But I also get why they could do it.

Enuff 1 by a landslide, for me.

...

It has amazing ergos indeed!!

Wonder if the Enuff 2 (as opposed to the "1") will be the same, since the handle most likely is a bit thinner / less hand filling due to the thinner blade stock of the "2" - ?!

Objectively, what is your favorite Ergonomic knife?
Aqua Salt.

I can easily believe that just by looking at depictions of the knife!
(Though perhaps it would become a tad too thin for me where the index finger sits - I tend more and more towards liking more "meat" there, and not too much of a groove).

Makes me want to try out more Spyderco fixed blades. I actually have experience with only two: The Waterway and the Enuff 1.

Both are very good:
The Enuff has the best ergos of any Spydie I tried so far anyway (the grip area should not be any shorter for me though), and the Waterway has a great handle for what it is: A very thin and low profile fixed blade. So FOR such a thin handle very good ergos imo.

Probably the Lionspy.
I like my Manix 2 (is it a Manix 2?) with the back lock, no liners and smooth scales.

Most of the knives I carry are "comfortable enough." Thank you Spyderco for that!
