lol, you collect the opposite way to my strategy. :) and I don't even own a Para 3 yet.

Where did you buy the red M390 off? Can't have been a cheap snatch...
Red M390??? no such thing in Para 3

You're right, mixed it up. That must be the 4V St. Nick's exclusive. Still plenty expensive I'm sure...

Very nice! It's kinda funny that REC got you started and the REC debacle, last year, left a bad taste in my mouth and made me decide NOT to try and collect them all. :p

Welcome and love to see your collection grow!

Now you just have to buy 25 MXG or Lynch clips if you plan on carrying any of them.......haha

That's my only gripe about the Para 3's, they have the worst factory clip on any Spyderco I own or have tried.

But, the LW Para 3 has the absolute BEST factory clip!

A month ago, I didn't own any Para 3s. I had a friend who really liked his, but I just never got around to buying one for myself.

I went to my first Blade Show this year, and was talking to one of the guys at the Spyderco booth about what would be a good entry point for collecting. He said Para 3 could be a good choice because it hasn't been around that long, and there a quite a few planned in the pipeline. (Later that weekend, I was watching a BladeHQ video and recognized the guest as the person I spoke to at the booth. Turns out it was Eric Glesser. I had no idea. :) )

A little later that day, I was by the REC booth and I figured I might as well start the collection, so I asked for one of every Para 3 model they had in stock. The sales guy smiled, and then said, "Wait, are you serious?" I was, and that was my first 7 Para 3s.

Anyway, on July 1, I finished collecting one of every Para 3 SKU (plus a few spares). I'm really looking forward to adding future variants to the collection!

My wife and I play a game of I don't see the shoes she sneaks in, she doesn't see the knives...and when one of us gets caught, "it was on sale." ;)
Preach! 🤣

Seriously though, THANK YOU! Now I can explain to my wife how good she has it, and how insignificant my knife problem is.
