How about Sortie? A "Sortie" is an old military term meaning (n.) "an attack made by troops coming out from a position of defense." It also refers to carrying out a military mission, such as pilots "flying a sortie." It has a nice ring to it--without sounding overly tactical.

Yup it's already been used by someone else, looks like some type of OTF kit. Looks like most of these military/tactical type names have already been used by other ompanies, if you think of something just type it into google and see what pops up. My suggestion would be Spyderco SGS1 (Sal Glesser Special 1) :D .
