Has anyone replaced the standoffs on a Southard?

I picked up an all black Southard flipper from the second sale and can't help but want to pimp it. I really want to change the stand offs but i'm having trouble finding anyone else who has done it.

Anyone have pics or know of someone doing it?

Also does anyone know the width or the stand offs or the distance between the two scales (i don't have calipers)?

and does anyone know the screw size for tapping?
