I IWB above the Right cheek, or about 3:30 as it were. It's the only place it doesn't get in the way(small person). :)

Can't stand IWB carry.

On smaller knives I carry them at the front of the pocket closest to the button/zipper area, near the crotch fold.

Wow! Thank you all for your replies and suggestions! A lot of excellent ideas and recommendations to consider, as well as suggestions on the types of knives to EDC IWB.

And, my specialty is preventive medicine, so Sarguy's reply was meaningful.

Again, thank you all for taking the time to reply!

I often carry a larger blade (folder or fixed) IWB on my right hip, 3 o'clock to 4 o'clock. If I have a knife more in front, it interferes with squating to pick stuff up.

I allways carry 2, but sometimes 3; My Para rides in my rf pocket, and my UKPK goes in my Lf pocket, and if I'm carrying a third(CR Sebenza), then my UKPK will get clipped to my sweat/shirt.

I find it hard to sift out the medical terminology when I'm not at work. It's so darned easy to get one's point across. (providing the other party understands, of course. It helps that my wife and a lot of my family members are in healthcare)

After reading y'all's ways of EDCing your :spyder: s IWB, I've been giving them a try with my Spyderco Delica 4. Guess I've never considered EDCing IWB at the one o'clock position before... pretty cool. Although carrying the Delica at the one o'clock position provided great access to the knife, I find carrying at the four o'clock position to be more comfortable. I'll also try EDCing on the left side IWB to check out the other suggestions y'all provided.

Thank you all again for your input!
