Here is a Dragonfly which differs from most other Dragonflies. Not sure what makes it worth $700+ though.
Dragonfly
It could very well be an authentic Spyderco, but I'm not sure so that's why I posted it in the knock-offs forum.

Definitely odd. Probably a real Dragonfly, although the photo quality is too poor to be sure. Handle looks like it's discolored from the heat of sliver soldering the overlays on it. As yabblanowitz said, if they're diamonds, and worth about $125 each, then it might be worth the asking price. With rare exceptions, aftermarket embellishment is a bad investment. It's something you should only have done, or purchase, if you really like the piece and intend to keep it. To my eyes anyway, there is absolutely nothing attractive about that D'fly.

I agree, although it doesn't look NEARLY as bad as that "Kustumized Mariner"!To my eyes anyway, there is absolutely nothing attractive about that D'fly.

Apparently Chrome Hearts is a jewelry and accessory brand with a following in the motorcycle community. Those stylized crosses are their trademark. If the seller has provenance showing that knife was embellished by Chrome Hearts it "might" be worth the asking price to someone who collects their stuff. Problem is, like most distinctive, high ticket, brands, Chrome Hearts has become a target for knock-offs. So even assuming it would be worth the price if authentic, without a bill of sale, and confirmation from Chrome Hearts that they made and sold it, it would be a very high risk purchase.
