Lol, Thank you. Honestly more times than I care to admit. My son and I propagate lots of cactus on our free time. Make a nice display and people go crazy for them. While the large ones do hurt, it's the small ones that are my nemesis.

Awesome pictures guys! How do you get the photo to come in without a border and at such high resolution? I feel like my picture looks much more blurry than all of yours. Yours are clear as a scroll through, but mine only looks hi-res when I open it? Thoughts? I selected “large” instead of original size while uploading from my iphone because it said the original file was too large, and I placed it inline with text.
So I use Post Images from my phone usually. Once the picture is downloaded, I copy the “hotlink for forums” link, and paste it onto my submission comment on here. From there, I delete the last [url] bit, as well as the first parenthesis link in front of the main link. I click on “Preview” to make sure I did it correctly, then I submit it. I hope that helps!

Unfortunately, I don’t know how people make their images so clear. It annoys me, because initially all my pictures are originally very clear but when posted from the link on post images to this forum, it always is slightly blurry. I don’t know if that’s my fault, or something wrong with post images or the forum. THAT, is personally something I’d really like to figure out soon, because it makes me almost not want to post my submissions that I should be proud of.

Alright everyone, we had another week fat with great submissions. A nice variety of both blades and perspectives.

I’m going to give the First Place honors to Mushroom for this creative and finely crafted shot. I’m a sucker for fungi and the two rather unique Spydercos with similar blades in dramatic focus… 100.

Second place goes to Przemekspce with another clever shot of this particular dyed-scale knife, which I really like. The overall palette and craft in this (and other submissions) was awesome.

(This judging dispatch comes from a cabin in the North Cascades, USA, where I’ve been enjoying knife life, carrying and using a CPM T15 Mule Team and ESEE 6 all weekend.)
