One could go as far as to say that some Spyderco knives suffer from premature reveal
None more so than UK Penknife Salt LC200N SpyderEdge Green FRN C94SGR (USA) which was announced in Reveal 10 on June 1, 2022 (2 months shy of 2 years ago)!

As are we all, though I'm torn between this and the SPY27, for different reasons.
I thought you already had a SPY27 PK, Doc?
The SPY27 variant is a permanent companion for me. Eagerly awaiting this variant, along with the "shadow revealed" G-10 SPY27 variant.
Not yet. The exchange rate is really terrible. I have BD1N and S110V versions. I do have SPY27 in a Manix 2 LW. Nice steel.

Here's to the exchange rate equalizing and you scoring one!
I've come to appreciate SPY27 a whole lot and look forward to its expansion within additional models.
It is a nice steel, isn't it? Of course, MC will be more corrosion resistant, but SPY27 is a nicely balanced steel and an added plus is that the handle color is better.

Honestly, if I had to pick the "best" steel for everyday use, or if I were limited to carrying one steel, it would be SPY27. I'm interested to see just how MC will stack up, but I don't see it replacing SPY27, for me. I too much prefer the blue to the yellow.
I read something that they were going to use SPY27 on the Endura line. Which would be awesome
That would be a killer! I'd have to have one or two! My dream is a Manix 2 LW back lock SPY27. But, I just hope to get a UKPK.

Obviously, Spyderco is prioritizing the best selling models for MagnaCut release ahead of those announced even earlier. The UKPK MagnaCut models were announced in the 2023 Spyderco Product Guide on January 6, 2023. Since then, other models announced later have been released ahead of them: Manix2, ParaMilitary2 and Para3.

Where did you get this information ? I like the idea but strange Delica and Endela are not included ? MG2

sal mentioned this ~2 years ago regarding upcoming variants of the Stretch 2 XL. sal also mentioned that the Delica family of knives, which includes the models listed above, will be ran as Sprints in SPY27. This was, and I'm sure still is, a ways away into the future.
I have the UKPK IN S110V, awesome knife… just don’t see Magnacut as an improvement.
Just not a Magnacut fan, I don’t know maybe it’s the name…. Or the rusty pics I’ve seen. I’ll take S110V every time over Magnacut. I’m tired of the cries for every new knife coming out should be Magnacut. My steels of choice are S110V, XHP(Closest to tool steel as I want to get) and Spy27….
Edit to add
Some recent pics can be found in this thread page 11 :
Thank you guys , I vaguely remember the comment by Sal . I was probably factoring in about the Stretch info . MG2

It would be for the entire Endura family. (Police 4, Stretch, Endura, Endela, Delica, Dragonfly, Manbug & Ladybug.
