Verifying IDME and Veteran

#1

Post by christopher_2 »

Anybody have any words of wisdom on using IDME as a veteran with Spyderco? I already have an IDME account and use it at Lowes and other places. I have tried verifying on Spyderco site using an iPad 10 and Windows 11 device and it doesn't work. When I click on veteran on Spyderco site I'm instantly taken to what looks like a registration page even though I already have an account. Not posting pictures of those screens but this is what I end up with. Even tried installing Google chrome and using that same issue. I can literally already by logged into IDME in a different tab and will be taken through the same process.

i believe id.me requires a new verification with each place you use it. it's frustrating, but they provide a unique verification with each company instead of one verification for all of them. after you go through the steps for spyderco, you shouldn't have to again.
keep your knife sharp and your focus sharper.

Yeah I vaguely remember having to setup IDME two or three times (only once with Spyderco). It's a slight inconvenience but worth it. Kristi will get you sorted.

Thanks for your service.
