It sure would be nice to see some new knives. By new knives, I mean completely new designs. I really don't consider changing scales or blade metal as a new knife.

I currently have a version of all the Spyderco knives I carry and have not bought a Spyderco in a couple of years. Waiting on a new design to catch my eye.

I thought the reveals were not gonna drop "schedully" anymore. My understanding was that a big reveal like Reveal 14 would leave us with no reveal for a good amount of time.

If a Reveal 15 is coming, I hope we'll see the Piute in it !

I'm just waiting on things already revealed. Looking forward to comparing a Native Chief Salt to the Stretch Salt, and keeping an eye out for the Catcherman and Crucarta Manix XL to drop.

I feel like 14 was so big, with so many new items, 15 might get pushed.

As far as new knives go, I have not heard much about the BBB collaboration knife, with some like we will see it in 2024.
Endura AUS-8, Manix 2 S30V, Alcyone BD1N, PM2 Micarta Cruwear, Native 5 Maxamet (2nd), Para 3 Maxamet (2nd), Magnacut Mule, Z-Wear Mule, BBB 15V Manix 2, REC PM3 10V Satin, Dragonfly Salt 2, GB2 M4.

I sincerely hope to see it at the Amsterdam Meet, since my only "grail" Spyderco became just another Spyderco to my eyes recently, I only have eyes for it :open-grin
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Pie Yoot

If you're an Aussie, Pie Ute.

Thanks!

I was reading about these native Americans on Wikipedia but had trouble with the Wiki pronunciation. If I sound it out their way, it results in "Pay-oot," more or less. Wikipedia has FOUR vowel sounds stuck together in this word, a (as in Fonzie's aaaaa) then a capital I (as in sIng) followed by j (which Wiki says is y as in yes) followed by u: (as in goose).

I don't even know how popular the Manix itself was back when the hg SE version existed and if there was already an LW version back then.
The original Manix 2 was huge back then. For a couple years it was an obsession with most knife communities. The LW version came later, after FFG was phased in.
