Just got my prize from my neighbor, who was kind enough to look out for/hold it while I was out of town on business this weekend.

Since I already have a SPY27 Para 3 I've decided to keep this one and give my original one to my father for his birthday next week. I was gonna give him the new one, but mom said "don't give him the shiny one, that's your prize!" 🤣

Thank you to the Spyderco crew, I'm super stoked to be a part of the calendar this year, and congrats to all the other winners!

Just putting it out there, I know a total long shot…

Is there any chance that the calendars being sent out to the winners/people who entered be signed by Sal before they are sent out???

Extremely busy time of year but thought I would ask.

Thanks!

That's a cool idea.

If we spent as much time trying as we do doubting, we might have already accomplished it.

Well that would made my year. I've always wanted to vist Golden and have the luck to meet Sal in my life. Eric too. But this dream of being able to go to the USA has been delayed yearly for quite the number of years now !

Congrats to the winners, knives given by Spyderco directly have aspecial meaning. Especially when they're attached to the forum, IMHO.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Nice photos. As I am rather new to participating in the forum, did people choose their own months or were those selected for them?

You submit the photo to be judged . If photo is accepted the month is a call by the judging at Spyderco . Of course seasonal photos would be selected for appropriate month . At least that is how I think it works ! ;) MG2

Is Spyderco still giving calendars to everyone who entered? Did anyone get theirs yet?

They said they were. The winners haven’t been sent their calendars yet either. (I haven’t received one, at least) I’m guessing they’ve been very busy and just haven’t got to shipping them out yet. :bug-white :respect

I sent a PM to ask Taz this very question this afternoon. Probably the holidays and sales putting a drag on staff . I expect this will be resolved in good time . Dan

Hope it shows up quickly or the Spyderco calendar spot in our kitchen will be quickly taken by a woman with very different interests! A flower calendar may be in my future :/

Usually arrives March … but hey, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth! I get to anticipate it for longer and still get to enjoy it until December!

Hey, everyone:
Due to an unforeseen delay, the calendar mailing was delayed. They will go out this week. We apologize for the confusion and the delay.

We appreciate each of you!
