I’ve bought far too many knives in the last month and told myself I’m done for the year but if I see one of these in stock I may cave.

Who’s going to be the first to submerge their salt Manix in the ocean?

Some pics of the Salt features in the Manix 2 Salt.

Looks like everything is fine tuned to combat the corrosion of the hardware which is nice.

Everything was nicely loctited which I'm sure also helps protect the hardware.

Now I know why my gut told me not to buy the REX45 M2s from gpk. The salty Manix is here!

I was able to grab one up from Knifehub, already have shipping confirmation too which was really fast. Now the next question is, when I go to dye it should I actually take the time to take it apart to do it or just treat it like a salt knife and dunk the entire thing still assembled...

I was in this same dilemma looking for my first Manix 2 the past couple days... just decided I'm going to get both because GP Knives actually has the REX 45 in stock. Every time I blink the Salt is going in and out of stock somewhere before I can click on it!
