It's that solid build quality for me. They feel so solid in hand. Not to mention how much edge length you get for the size of the knife, no matter what model. My only knock on them is out of the 6 I have had or now have, none of them has been close to being as sharp as a Spyderco. That's saying something for Spyderco, but also a knock against CRK. If we're spending $500+ on a knife it should be able to shave arm hair out of the box, in my opinion.
They do feel solid for sure but between the local shop here and BladeShow (the only two places I’ve handled them) I never checked how sharp they were 🤔… and like you said that’s disappointing considering the price…I’ve never purchased a dull Spyderco 💪
CRK's do feel solid, which makes them feel like quality tools that should last forever...

I absolutely understand your expectation for a sharpness on a $500+ knife. I get rid of the factory bevels soon after purchase anyway, so not an issue for me.

It’s been the Sebenza all weekend. Ever since I fixed up the edge I can’t get enough. Did manage to chip the tip at work Friday.

Tonight, it’s accompanied by a Mezcal Margarita, as requested by the wife.

This week's gonna be a scorcher so I have put the 15V away in favor of MagnaCut.

REK Ember 3.0 Sheepsfoot. Hi guys!
Very nice. Show us a picture when you can.

I'm hoping for another chance to get a 940-1 reblade.
I lost my Imgur account and Spyderco is behind the times on forums. I’d gladly shoot you some pictures in a email if you want to message me!

Really is a great knife. I love their Insingo blades and am very happy to have it in a Large Inkosi and Small Sebenza. Best of both worlds! My only knife in Magnacut as well.
